Not at all attentive. I already indicated during my reservation that my nails are weak. During my visit she was not careful with filing and when putting the extension tape. Almost for all my nails she pushed the tape too far to my nailbed. BIAB application was too thick and when asked her to fix she said it’s impossible and that it’s just how it is.

Elisa is very good at her job, I am very satisfied with the results, looks very clean and professional. The only thing I was disappointed about but not her fault, there were not autumn colours like Bordeaux brown or dark red, it is a shame for the season.
