By using YBP Marketplace, you agree to book, purchase, and communicate in good faith with the businesses and freelancers listed. Businesses are independent operators responsible for the services and products they list; YBP provides the platform connecting you.
- Bookings are subject to each business's cancellation policy.
- Freelancer directory unlock fees are non-refundable once a profile is revealed.
- Marketplace product orders follow each vendor's stated fulfilment terms.
